- You must share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the damage and original packaging.

Once we receive your claim and media proof, our team will verify the details. This verification process may take 1–2 working days.
04. TIMELINE FOR EXCHANGE DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
FAST AND HASSLE-FREE
- If the claim is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of verification.
- In case the product is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.
05. CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Exchange is not applicable for products damaged due to misuse or mishandling post-delivery.
